Brining his genuine passion for hospitality and customer service, CCHGC would like to introduce Richard Moore and RED i Catering to all members and visitors. Richard brings over 35 years of experience in the catering industry working in and running some of the north wests finest hotels, restaurants and sporting venues/golf clubs, including his own award winning restaurant in Monton Village and also running a Michelin starred kitchen for TV chef Nigel Haworth.
